  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.

  • Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your reservation.

  • By making a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

4. Cancellations and Refund Policy

  • All cancellations must be made in writing via email.

  • Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

    • More than 48 hours before the class: full refund (minus transaction fees).

    • within 48 before the class: no refund

  • No refunds are issued for no-shows or early departures.

  • If She Surfs has to cancel an event or service due to weather, safety issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Liability

  • All surf activities involve an element of risk. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

  • She Surfs is not liable for personal injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during surf lessons, camps, or related activities.

  • Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and medical insurance that covers surfing and other sports activities.

  • She Surfs reserves the right to refuse participation if we believe someone is not physically able to take part safely.

6. Health and Safety

  • Participants must be in good physical condition to participate in surf lessons and camps.

  • Any health conditions or injuries must be communicated in advance.

  • Our instructors are qualified and follow safety standards, but participants must always follow safety instructions.

7. Accommodation (Surf Camps)

  • Check-in and check-out times will be communicated in advance.

  • Guests are expected to respect the house rules, other guests, and the property.

  • She Surfs reserves the right to ask a guest to leave without refund if rules are repeatedly broken or safety is compromised.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (text, images, logos, videos, designs) is the property of She Surfs or its licensors.

  • It is prohibited to reproduce, distribute, modify, or use this content without prior written consent.
